Mā Umā-Pārvatī (Kirin Mishra) has dedicated decades in sādhana (meditation and spiritual practice) learning and teaching the ancient philosophical and yoga systems of India. Rooted in the traditions of Śrī Vidyā and the Vedas, her teachings are calibrated for a contemporary culture, language, and mindset. Born in India, she is a mother and grandmother currently living in semi-retreat in Europe and the United States.
