PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN A PROGRAM[1] OR PURCHASE A PUBLICATION[2].

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY: Upon paying for or participating in a Saraswati River Yoga Inc., d/b/a A Forest Path and www.aforestpath.com, hereinafter “AFP,” Program or Publication, I understand that my payment is non-refundable. I recognize that I am not considered officially registered for a Program until my full payment has been received. I understand that I may not access a Publication until my payment has been fully received. There are no exceptions to this Policy.

DISCLAIMER: For all A Forest Path ("AFP") Programs and Publications, including all written, verbal or other Communications (hereinafter "Communications"), Kirin Mishra a/k/a Mā Umā-Pārvatī Nath (hereinafter “Mā Umā-Pārvatī”), and any authorized teachers, mentors, and assistants are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other type of licensed professionals or authorities, and do not claim to be. Mā Umā-Pārvatī and all associated teachers, mentors, and assistants act solely as guides.

The information, practices, and guidance provided in any Communications, program, or publication are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Nothing presented or communicated is a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified physician, psychotherapist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

All content is provided solely for educational and personal development purposes, and any use or application of the material is at the individual’s sole discretion and responsibility.
Mā Umā-Pārvatī, and any teachers, mentors, or assistants do not assume any liability for any outcomes, damages, or losses arising from participation in a program or from the application of any teachings provided through a Communication, program, or publication.

Participation Requirements: By registering, participating in and/or paying for a Program and/or Publication, I understand and agree that I will not share nor teach any of the material provided therein, in any way, to any person or group outside of the participants in the specific Program, without explicit written permission from Mā Umā-Pārvatī. I understand that the Programs and Publications require experience in meditation, and I take sole responsibility for determining my own suitability for participation and practice. 

Your registration or participation in a Program and/or payment for a Publication is considered an acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

[1] Within these Terms & Conditions, Program includes courses, oral and/or written teachings, and other offerings, with or without an associated cost.  Program also encompasses any documents, audio files, video files or other information, referenced or provided prior to, during or after the unfolding of the Program, as well as any associated correspondence.

2 Publication, for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, refers to any document, whether print or electronic, available for purchase from AFP.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES

LEA DETENIDAMENTE LOS SIGUIENTES TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES ANTES DE DECIDIR REGISTRARSE O PARTICIPAR EN UN PROGRAMA[1] O COMPRAR UNA PUBLICACIÓN[2].

POLÍTICA DE SIN REEMBOLSOS NI EXCEPCIONES: Al pagar o participar en un programa o publicación de Saraswati River Yoga Inc., que opera bajo el nombre de A Forest Path y www.aforestpath.com, en adelante “AFP”, comprendo que mi pago es No reembolsable. Reconozco que no se me considera registrado oficialmente para un Programa hasta que se haya recibido mi pago completo. Entiendo que no podré acceder a una Publicación hasta que mi pago haya sido recibido en su totalidad. No hay excepciones a esta Política.

Descargo de responsabilidad: 

Para todos los programas y publicaciones de A Forest Path ("AFP"), incluyendo todas las comunicaciones escritas, verbales o de otro tipo (en adelante, las "Comunicaciones"), Kirin Mishra, también conocida como Mā Umā-Pārvatī Nath (en adelante, "Mā Umā-Pārvatī"), y cualquier profesor, mentor o asistente autorizado no son profesionales ni autoridades médicas, psicológicas, legales, financieras ni de ningún otro tipo, y no afirman serlo. Mā Umā-Pārvatī y todos los profesores, mentores y asistentes asociados actúan únicamente como guías.
La información, las prácticas y la orientación proporcionadas en cualquier comunicación, programa o publicación no pretenden diagnosticar, tratar, curar ni prevenir ninguna condición médica o psicológica. Nada de lo presentado o comunicado sustituye el consejo, el diagnóstico o el tratamiento de un médico, psicoterapeuta u otro profesional de la salud cualificado. Todo el contenido se proporciona únicamente con fines educativos y de desarrollo personal, y cualquier uso o aplicación del material queda a la entera discreción y responsabilidad del individuo.

Mā Umā-Pārvatī y sus profesores, mentores o asistentes no asumen ninguna responsabilidad por los resultados, daños o pérdidas que surjan de la participación en un programa o de la aplicación de las enseñanzas proporcionadas a través de una Comunicación, programa o publicación.

Requisitos de participación: Al registrarme, participar y/o pagar un Programa y/o Publicación, entiendo y acepto que no compartiré ni enseñaré ningún material proporcionado en el mismo, de ninguna manera, a ninguna persona o grupo fuera del participantes en el Programa específico, sin el permiso explícito por escrito de Mā Umā-Pārvatī. Entiendo que los Programas y Publicaciones requieren experiencia en meditación y asumo la responsabilidad exclusiva de determinar mi propia idoneidad para participar y practicar.

Su registro o participación en un Programa y/o pago por una Publicación se considera un reconocimiento de que ha leído, comprendido y aceptado cumplir con estos Términos y condiciones.

[1] Dentro de estos Términos y condiciones, el Programa incluye cursos, enseñanzas orales y/o escritas, y otras ofertas, con o sin costo asociado.  El Programa también abarca cualquier documento, archivo de audio, archivo de video u otra información, referenciada o proporcionada antes, durante o después del desarrollo del Programa, así como cualquier correspondencia asociada.

2 Publicación, a los efectos de estos Términos y condiciones, se refiere a cualquier documento, ya sea impreso o electrónico, disponible para su compra en AFP.
